We’re calling out the posturing about women in construction by major brands and companies. Real inclusivity means celebrating women every day, just like their male counterparts.
Let’s talk numbers: - Only 2% of on-site construction workers are women (1 in 50) - Compare that to: - 9.3% of firefighters - 16% of farmers - 26% in manufacturing - 44.6% of accountants Taken from lqgroup
When will the industry wake up? A day or week won’t cut it for real change.
